Eligibility: The Cruise Giveaway Contest is open to customers of Frank Supply Company who are residents of the United States and are 21 years of age or older at the time of entry.
Contest Period: The contest begins at 12:01 AM Central Time on May 1st, 2023, and ends at 11:59 PM Central Time on May 31st, 2023.
How to Enter: To enter the contest, customers must spend $2000 or more from Frank Supply Company in AP Exhaust, Westin, Decked, Husky Liners, Bak and Frontier Gear products, between May 1st and May 31st, 2023, and the order must be invoiced during this period. Each $1500 spent will earn one entry into the contest. There is no limit to the number of entries a customer may earn.
Prize: The winner of the Cruise Giveaway Contest will receive a prize package consisting of a 3-night, 4-day Bahamas Cruise from August 18th to August 21st, 2023, and roundtrip airfare from Houston, Texas, Miami FL. The prize package has an approximate retail value of $3000.
Winner Selection: The winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the contest period. The drawing will be conducted on the week following June 1st, 2023, and the winner will be notified by email or phone within 5 business days of the drawing.
Prize Conditions: The winner must provide a valid passport, and comply with all travel and cruise regulations and requirements. The prize is non-transferable, and no substitution or cash equivalent will be allowed.
Publicity: By accepting the prize, the winner agrees to allow Frank Supply Company to use their name, image, and likeness for publicity purposes related to the Cruise Giveaway Contest, without further compensation.
Release and Limitations of Liability: By entering the contest, each entrant agrees to release and hold harmless Frank Supply Company and its employees, agents, and affiliates from any and all damages, injuries, or losses of any kind arising from or in connection with the contest or the prize.
General: Frank Supply Company reserves the right to cancel or modify the contest at any time without notice, and to disqualify any entrant who violates these terms and conditions.
